OPTION B: CREATION OF A SYNDICATE TRUST TO PURCHASE A SHARE HOME OR DUPLEX
A group of individuals may gather to take units in a trust to complete a build and buy property or again simply purchase the finished product.

We have a partner system where individuals supply building products or services to three levels. These levels are Platinum, Gold and Silver and the partners will be recognised for the contribution at the various levels on our website and in our publications.
